Join Dolkun Media, a content marketing agency dedicated to helping restaurants and local businesses grow their online presence. We're looking for a reliable, execution-driven professional who understands content and communication.
What You'll Do
Account Management
Manage and operate social accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, Facebook, and more. Post content according to editorial calendars.
Community Engagement
Reply to comments and DMs. Maintain and respond to Google Business reviews. Build genuine connections with your audience.
Influencer Outreach
Contact local influencers and KOLs. Communicate collaboration opportunities and track progress.
Content Creation
Write captions in Chinese and English (conversational, authentic, non-marketing tone). Update and maintain content calendars.
Analytics & Reporting
Compile monthly reports with basic data summaries. Track post counts, engagement, and performance overview.
Client Communication
Keep clients updated on account status. Share progress updates and execution feedback (not sales-focused).
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Fluent Mandarin Chinese
Primary communication language
Practical English Ability
Understand English comments, DMs, and North American social media context
Social Media Savvy
Know what feels authentic vs. overly promotional. Understand platform dynamics.
Detail-Oriented & Responsible
Follow processes, respond reliably, no disappearing acts or delays.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
Restaurant or Local Business Experience
Familiarity with the F&B or local services industry
Content Operations Background
Previous experience managing content calendars or social accounts
Portfolio or Examples
